This gabion wire mesh box has been designed and constructed to retain the site boundary along the length of a new access road to a new industrial development. The gabions were filled with crushed concrete and faced with 6g stone fill. A gabion wall is more than a basket full of rock.
Gabion surface treatment:
hot-dipped galvanized, Zinc-Al alloy or PVC coated, etc.

Galvanized steel wire: Excellent low-carbon steel wire, diameter: 2.0mm-4.0mm, tensile strength: no less than 380Mpa. The surface adopts hot galvanization for protection. The depth of the protective galvanized layer (max. 300g/m2) is decided according to customer demands.
Zinc-5% aluminum -mixed mishmash alloy steel wire: (also called galfan steel) a new kind of material appearing recently with corrosion resistance 3 times of traditional pure galvanization; diameter: 2.0mm-4.0mm; tensile strength: no less than 380Mpa.
